An Appeal to the Palestinian People, Palestinian and Arab Communities, and Friends and Supporters of Palestine Worldwide

The Palestine International Center, based in Bourj Al-Barajneh Refugee Camp in Beirut, calls upon all its supporters, friends, and organizations in solidarity with the Palestinian people to support its fundraising campaign and help spread this appeal as widely as possible.

Despite the severe economic and social crisis affecting Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, accompanied by rising poverty and unemployment and the deterioration of essential services, the Palestine International Center, together with its affiliated organizations and grassroots and youth initiatives, continues to organize numerous educational, cultural, sports, and social programs and activities. These initiatives aim to serve Palestinian refugee communities, particularly children, young people, and women, while strengthening their capacities and participation in community life.

The Center is working to develop its programs, expand its services, and provide safe and effective spaces for education, reading, sports, volunteer work, and cultural creativity. This work is rooted in our belief that Palestinians living in refugee camps deserve genuine opportunities to learn, develop, and participate, and that protecting their rights and dignity is a collective responsibility.

The continuation and development of these programs depend on your support and contributions. Every donation, regardless of its size, helps provide educational materials and sports equipment, organize cultural activities, support youth and women’s initiatives, and cover the Center’s operational needs.

We emphasize that the Palestine International Center relies on grassroots solidarity and voluntary, unconditional support, preserving the independence of its programs and decision-making while ensuring that contributions are directed toward serving refugee communities and meeting their actual needs.
